Who we are. Tooozy operates tooozy.com. By browsing or ordering you agree to these terms.

Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, or order with a parent or guardian's permission. Our toys are meant to be bought by adults for children.

Products and descriptions. We try to show accurate photos, descriptions, age ranges and sizes. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the product. Manufacturer age recommendations are guidance for safe use and must be followed.

Prices and payment. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices and offers at any time without notice. We may cancel an order if a price or stock error occurs; if you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.

Order acceptance. An order confirmation email or message is not final acceptance. We accept your order when it is dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order for stock issues, suspected fraud, incomplete addresses, or areas our couriers cannot reach.

Shipping and returns. See our Shipping Policy and Return, Exchange & Refund Policy. They form part of these terms.

Discounts and promotions. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated. The prepaid discount applies only to orders paid in advance before dispatch. We may withdraw offers at any time.

Safety and supervision. Toys must be used according to the age grading and instructions. Small parts, magnets, batteries and strings can be hazardous for young children. Adult supervision is required. We are not liable for injury or damage caused by use that does not follow these instructions.

Intellectual property. All content on the website (logo, text, photos, graphics) belongs to Tooozy or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse it without written permission.

Accounts and conduct. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Do not misuse the website, place fake orders or attempt to access our systems unlawfully.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tooozy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Courier delays. We use third-party couriers. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by them beyond the remedies in our Shipping and Return policies.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute is subject to the courts of [Lahore], Pakistan.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version on the website at the time of your order applies.

5. Privacy Policy

What we collect. Name, phone, email, delivery address, order details, payment reference (we do not store card details; payments are handled by the payment provider), and basic website usage data (device, pages visited) through cookies and analytics.

Why we collect it. To process and deliver orders, confirm COD orders, provide support on WhatsApp/email, prevent fraud, and improve our website and ads.

Who we share it with. Courier partners (to deliver your parcel), payment providers, Shopify (our store platform), analytics and advertising tools such as Google and Meta, and legal authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Marketing. We may send offers by email, SMS or WhatsApp if you subscribed or placed an order. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP or emailing [tooozy.com@gmail.com].

Cookies. We use cookies to remember your cart, measure traffic and show relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
